Operations
When are you open?
We are open every day from 8:00 am – 10:00 pm.
Why should we hire you?
We are NOT your typical cleaning company. We are striving to be different than your standard cleaning company. We are making getting your home clean simple again, with no more complicated quotes and cluttered websites.
Booking Online
How will I know what time to book?
Appointment times are available Monday through Sunday, from 8:00am to 7:00pm and we will be in touch in less than 1 hour (during business hours) to confirm if this date and time works.
How easy is it to book online?
It really takes no more than 60 seconds. Simply fill out the booking form here: planetmaids.com/book-now and we’ll be in touch to confirm your date and time in less than 1 hour (within business time).
Cleaning Supplies
Do we have to provide the cleaning supplies?
We bring all our own supplies. If there are supplies that you would prefer us to use (for wood floors for example) feel free to let us know and we can use any supplies you leave out for us.
Do you do green cleaning?
We have teams that do 100% green cleaning. Simply request it and we’ll assign a green-cleaning team at no additional charge.
Booking Online
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept credit/debit cards. Our online payments are handled by Stripe, and are processed through a fully secure 256 bit SSL protocol. In addition, we have a full extended validation SSL security. Booking through Planet Maids is safe and secure and we guarantee this. Any unauthorized charges that are made to your card as a result of doing business with us will be fully refunded.
What does it cost to clean my home?

Recurring Service
How do I sign up for recurring services?
Simply select the frequency of cleaning on our booking form, and we will set everything up from there. There is up to 20% off if you book a recurring service. You can make changes 24-hours or more prior to the appointment without incurring any fees.
Do I have to contact you every time?
No, you do not have to contact us unless you need to make changes to your booking. When you select recurring service, our system will know to schedule your future cleanings based on the date/time selected. You will receive a reminder email before the cleanings so you can expect us and if you need to make updates.

Cleaning Types
What is a move in/move out cleaning?
Our move in/move out cleanings are designed to prepare a home for a new tenant. It’s a deeper cleaning that includes cleaning inside cabinets (empty cabinets and drawers) and drawers, fixtures, inside the fridge (empty). We charge extra for this and you will find that an additional cost for move in/move out cleaning is standard across the industry.
What does a deep clean include?
The deep clean service is a comprehensive top-to-bottom cleaning. We recommend a deep cleaning if you have not had your apartment professionally cleaned within the past 3 months.
It does not include inside the oven, inside the cabinets or inside the refrigerator, all of which are available at a reasonably priced additional cost.
Is tip included?
How long will my cleaning take?
Leaving tip on the cleaning is entirely optional and up to your discretion. We can either add it to your credit card charge or you can tip the cleaners in cash (preferred). All tips are greatly appreciated and go 100% to the cleaner. Please note that the tip is nonrefundable after the service is completed.
Are you a pet friendly maid service?
Yes! At Planet Maids we LOVE pets. All of our maids are trained to correctly deal with your furry family member.

Do I need to be home for every cleaning service?
What time does your team arrive?
While we cannot warranty our exact time of arrival because we give every home the attention it deserves and requires, we do offer arrival windows for your convenience. Klean N’ Jiffy uses a unique “on-time arrival” software to log your preferences so our services are as minimally disruptive as possible.
What if something's damaged during a service?
At Klean N’ Jiffy, we treat every single home we clean with the utmost respect. If something happens to break during our routine service, we’ll do our best to repair or replace the item. Our residential housekeepers are fully insured, so claims can be filed when appropriate.
